Your Certificate of Insurance | Travel Insurance Direct

It's important you carry your Certificate of Insurance with you when travelling as it contains important emergency contact information. If for any reason you have lost your Certificate of Insurance, you can get a new copy by signing in to the Travel Insurance Direct web site at any time.

To do this, find the link in top navigation 'My account':

This will then ask you to sign in using the details you used when you bought the policy:

Once you are signed in you can see all your policy information and download a new Certificate of Insurance at any time.  If you still need help, you can contact us.
